Flex Bucket is a way to buy mobile web storefront downloads, international calls & texts, nationwide roaming, text message purchases, long distance calls, games & apps, music tracks, and ringback tones. Unused Flex Bucket funds will rollover from month-to-month, expiring one year after the date of purchase.
Cricket customers have several options to pay for their service each month:
Automatic Bill Payment With this option, you won't have to worry about mailing a payment or standing in line. Cricket deducts your balance due right from your credit card or debit card each month. Sign up today and you may be eligible to receive a service credit on your next bill.
Automated System Make a payment using a check or credit card by dialing 1-800-CRICKET. This service is available 24 hours a day and subject to a $2 processing fee.
Authorized Payment Locations Visit an Authorized Payment Location to pay a bill or unsuspend/unhotline service in 30 minutes or less (available 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time). Most Authorized Payment Locations only accept cash payments. Please have your Cricket phone number when you pay your bill in person. Payment subject to $3 processing fee. Mail You may send a personal check or money order with your remit slip at the bottom of your Cricket bill. There is no payment fee associated with this payment method. See the table below to determine the appropriate payment address for your market. Processing of mail payments can take up to 7-10 business days before payment posts to your Cricket account. To help ensure timely payment processing, please remember to write your account number on your check or money order. If you do not have your account number available, call *611 or 1-800-CRICKET to obtain it. If payment is not received by the due date, your phone service will be suspended and you may be charged a $10 reinstatement fee if you would like to continue your service.
