It may take some time for Muve music to start working after you pay your bill. It is usually just a few minutes, but sometimes can take up to a few hours. While you are waiting, you can try these steps:
Go to Menu
Go to Settings
Go to Applications
Go to Manage Applications
Select “All” at the top
Select “Muve Music”
Select “Force Stop” in the upper left
Re-launch the Muve music application
Muve Music should operate normally within a few minutes of paying your bill. However, there could be situations where your service is impacted longer. If your service is not restored after a few hours, please contact us at 1-800-Cricket or at your nearest Cricket store. Before contacting us, please try to turn your phone on and off.
