You can log-in to your account on MyAccount, call 1-800-CRICKET, or dial *729 (*PAY) from your Cricket phone and following the prompts make a one-time payment, or set up Automatic Bill Pay using your bank account information (i.e. electronic check). You should find this to be an easier and much faster experience than sending in a paper check, and it’s FREE!
The customer’s name if different from the check writer. The check writer also needs to make sure that the amount they write on the check matches with the legal tender line (the amount written on the second line).
The payments should post onto the customer’s account the same day the payment was received. Exceptions to this is in the case we are unable to locate a valid account # or if something is wrong with the customer’s payment and requires the check to be mailed back to the customer.
