For devices that are required to upgrade the upgrade process is the same as is always has been and you will be prompted with an upgrade message when opening the Muve Music application. This process is not available over Wi-Fi and if you do not complete the upgrade Muve Music will not be available for use until the new upgrade has been installed. For devices choosing to upgrade Muve Music on an optional basis, you will be directed to the Google Play store where you can upgrade. Google Play upgrades are available via Wi-Fi or Cricket 3G Network.

The Muve Music upgrade will continue to download if the user receives a call, texts a message, navigates to a different application when using Google Play. If you are prompted within the Muve Music application to install the upgrade you will be unable to use your phone during the upgrade process.
Standard upgrades take 5-10 minutes using standard Cricket 3G connections. For faster downloads please see instructions on how to download from Google Play.

If you have pictures, videos, music, or any other files stored on your phone, moving those to your SD card/computer or deleting them from your phone will also free up memory.
