Cricket Mobile email will no longer be offered after August 9, 2011. If you are an existing Cricket Mobile Email user, you will continue to access your Email using the web browser on your Cricket phone to access your email accounts.
After Cricket Mobile Email is no longer offered, you will no longer be able to access your email accounts via the Cricket Mobile Email app on your phone. Instead, you will access your email accounts via the web browser on your Cricket phone. Your emails accounts will not be affected at all.
After Cricket Mobile Email is no longer offered, you will continue to use your Email by using the web Browser on your Cricket phone to directly access your email account (ex: yahoo.com).
Customers who have this feature as an add-on to their plan will be issued a credit for the period from Septemeber 9th, 2011 to the end of their billing cycle. This credit will be automatically issued within 60 days.
