Customer will be notified of the Mandatory Upgrade through the Muve Music Application. Click “Install Now”
Note: if this is your first time upgrading your Muve Music Application you will be asked to select the “Unknown Sources” option in the application setting menu before continuing.

When it is finished select “OK” to continue
Select “Install” to install the upgrade. Allow the application to install. (You may not use your phone during this time.)
Select “Open” to launch Muve Music.
No, you will not be able to use the phone during the downloading time. We recommend taking this into account before you upgrade Muve Music as you will have to start the process over if you stop the installation before it has completed.

Customers need 35 MB free memory. Customers can uninstall apps, delete pictures, or move apps and pictures to the SD card. We highly recommend syncing contacts with Gmail™ before upgrading your device, as well as backing up pictures and other data to your microSD card. If your contacts are not appearing after the upgrade, go to Contacts > Menu > Display Options > firstname.lastname@example.org > Select: All other contacts.
