This depends. If it has been more than 30 days since you were disconnected, you will need to activate a new Cricket Wireless account and reapply for the Cricket Lifeline Credit. If it has been less than 30 days, we may be able to reactivate your previous account with the Cricket Lifeline Credit; otherwise, you’ll need to activate a new account and reapply for the Cricket Lifeline Credit.
Yes. If you activate a new account you need to reapply for the Cricket Lifeline Credit. If it’s been less than 30 days since your previous account was disconnected, we may be able to reactivate your previous account if you’d like.
Yes. Just let us know your new address. If you’re still eligible to receive your current Cricket Lifeline Credit, you don’t need to do anything else. If you move to another state where Cricket offers the Cricket Lifeline Credit, you’ll need to reapply in that state.
Not at this time. The Cricket Lifeline Credit will appear on your bill in one or two billing cycles. Every year, you do need to reapply to continue to receive the Cricket Lifeline Credit.
