Cricket Visual Voicemail is an extension of Cricket Voicemail. It displays a visual list of all your current Voicemail messages allowing you to quickly prioritize and manage your messages in the order you prefer. You can select any message in the list and play it with just one click. You can also delete messages, return a call, and update your personal greeting directly from the interface. Some of the advanced features include replying via text (SMS) message and forwarding voicemails to email.
Once Cricket Visual Voicemail is downloaded from the Google Play Store on your phone, you will be presented with step by step instruction screens to provision and configure the application.
When you first launch the client, you will be asked to enter a password. This password allows you to access your Voicemail Inbox from other devices. If you previously set-up a Voicemail password, you can use the same one or change it here.
Yes, you can change your Voicemail password. Within Cricket Visual Voicemail’s Main Menu, touch Settings, touch Change Password and enter a new four-digit password.
You will receive a notification when a new message arrives, drag down the notification bar and select the Cricket Visual Voicemail notification. View the new voice message in your Message Inbox, touch the new voice message, within the Voice Message Player, press Play to listen to the new voice message.
Open the message, touch/press the device Menu key > More > Add to contacts, enter contact's details, touch save when finished. You can also touch/press the photo area to update your contact information with the caller’s details.
