Refer to your receipt for specific exchange policies or bring your phone to any Cricket store to determine its eligibility for a warranty exchange. Depending on your phone’s eligibility and how long it’s been since you purchased the phone, you may be required to pay a small fee.
Yes, you can view your account balance, expiration date and top-up your account using your phone. Simply go to My Account via the mobile web or tapping on the money bag icon on your phone’s home screen.

Features that are included with your PAYGo plan will not be available while your account remains expired. When you top-up start a new month all of your features will be restored with previous information intact.
