Content filtering will block the phone’s browser from accessing web sites that are deemed to be inappropriate for users 17 and under. Users will receive a message on their phone stating that they are prevented from viewing the site.
Either call customer care or visit a store to add, or remove, content filtering to your account. This service is provided at no charge to Cricket customers. By default, content filtering is turned OFF for all Cricket phones. Users must choose to turn on content filtering. There is no app to load on the phone.
Please note that Cricket automatically blocks access to illegal sites for all handsets.
