With Automatic Bill Pay* your monthly bill is automatically paid using the designated credit card, debit card, or checking account on file. Never pay your bill late again! Also, it's 100% free, so using Automatic Bill Pay allows you to avoid payment fees (ex. in stores and making a one-time payment over the phone)

Signing up for Automatic Bill Pay is quick and easy:
1. On Your Cricket Phone
You can sign up for the Automatic Bill Pay using My Account on your device. To enroll, go to My Account via the mobile web or tap on the My Account icon (looks like a money bag) on your phone’s home screen. Click on “Sign up for Cricket's Automatic Bill Pay” and select “Sign Up for Automatic Bill Pay Now.” Once you have completed enrollment and accepted the terms and conditions, you will receive an enrollment confirmation.
2. Sign up online on your mycricket.com My Account
3.Call *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone.
4. Call 1-800-CRICKET
5. Go to a Cricket Store.
When signing up over the phone, whether using the automated system or a live Care Agent, at the end of the process you will be transferred to a special message where you will hear Terms and Conditions that you will need to accept to authorize Cricket to charge your credit card, debit card or checking account each month.
Nothing! The store representative should have already had you call the automated system to accept Terms and Conditions. Check your text messages for the confirmation message. Note that you need to accept the Terms and Conditions within 1 hour of beginning the enrollment process, or you will have to start the process again by providing your credit/debit card or checking account information.
After setting up automatic bill payment in a full service Cricket store you need to call 1-866-240-1631 within 1 hour to listen to and accept the service terms and conditions. If it has been longer than 1 hour since you registered for Automatic Bill Pay in store, then you need to re-enroll using My Account on your phone, by calling 1-800-CRICKET or going to your mycricket.com My Account to re-enroll.
Yes. You can log-in to your account on MyAccount, call 1-800-CRICKET, or dial *729 (*PAY) from your Cricket phone and follow the prompts to make a one-time payment, or set up Automatic Bill Pay using your checking account information (i.e. electronic check). You should find this to be an easier and much faster experience than sending in a paper check, and it’s FREE!
We charge your credit/debit card or checking account 1 day before your Bill Due Date. You will receive a reminder text message 2 days prior to your card or checking account being charged. So if your due date is the 15th of the month, you will be automatically charged on the 14th. You will receive the reminder text message on the 12th. To ensure that your service is not interrupted, please make sure that you have funds available.
We collect the payment in advance to help prevent any interruption of service should any complications arise during the payment process (ex. the bank declines your payment). This gives Cricket the opportunity to notify you and help correct the problem before your due date, which ensures that you have continued service.
You can un-enroll from Automatic Bill Pay by calling *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone, by calling 1-800-CRICKET, or by visiting a Cricket store. To prevent Automatic Bill Pay from charging you for the current month, you must unenroll at least 2 days prior to your Due Date, otherwise your unenrollment will not take effect until the following month.
Customers signed up for Go Paperless or paperless billing must remember to make a payment each month in order to continue their Cricket service.
Automatic Bill Payment customers will have payments automatically deducted each month from their credit, debit card or checking account.
