In general Cricket customers can dial *99 followed by the SEND button. Other phone-specific options may be available such as speed dialing. Please see your phone's user guide for specific information on accessing voicemail from your phone.
On most Cricket phones an envelope icon will appear on the front call screen. Certain Cricket phones will also give a notification ring or beep to indicate a new voicemail message. Please see your phone's user guide for specific information on your phone's voicemail notification.
1. Dial your Cricket phone number.
2. After the system answers press the "*" key.
3. Enter your pass code, or the default pass code of 9999 if this is your first time accessing your voicemail.
4. Follow the automated instructions.
If you have forgotten your voicemail password, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-CRICKET or visit you local Cricket store. A Cricket representative will assist you in resetting your voicemail password.
