Yes. The following describes Cricket's Broadband Return Policy for orders placed online:
Cricket allows returns of Cricket Broadband Modems within 14 days of the ship date. Cricket Broadband Modems returned to Cricket will be inspected for damage and use. Cricket Broadband Modems must be returned in “like new” condition. Cricket Broadband Modems that are returned in damaged or water damaged condition will not be accepted.
To return a Cricket Broadband Modem, follow the instructions below:
1. Call Cricket at 1-800-Cricket to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within in 14 days of the ship date. Cricket Broadband Modems that are returned without an RA number will not be processed.
2. Pack the Cricket Broadband Modem and included accessories (software, instructions, etc.) in its original box and shipping carton.
3. Write the RA number in several places on the outside of the package. This helps Cricket identify your package.
4. Packages must be received within 14 days of receiving an RA number. Please be sure to ship your package within the appropriate time frame.

Cricket allows returns of phones within 30 days of the ship date. Phones must be returned with 30 minutes or less of use (talk time) on the phone and must be in ‘like new’ condition. Phones that are returned in damaged or water-damaged condition will not be accepted. Phones returned to Cricket will be inspected for damage and use.

All new Cricket phones are under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, if your phone meets any of the criteria that would classify it as out of warranty (such as water damage or improper usage) then the phone cannot be processed through our warranty exchange program.
Cricket does not issue refunds, in whole or in part of your 30-day bill cycle because Cricket offers unlimited local minutes per month. After you have entered into your next 30 days of service, you are responsible for payment of that full 30-day bill cycle. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Cricket service for further information.
Within 5 business days contact the Cricket store where you left your phone, and they will be able to advise you of the status. Also, a voice mail will be generated and sent to your phone which can be monitored remotely by calling your number, entering *, and then your password.
To avoid paying a $45.00 warranty replacement fee, you can return your phone directly to its manufacturer (paying all shipping and handling yourself & with a typical turnaround time of 3 to 6 weeks) or purchase a replacement phone. If you chose to return your phone directly to the manufacturer we can temporarily suspend your service.
This program charges the customer $45.00 (includes $10 handling fee) to exchange the non-working phone for a like phone replacement. The phone is returned to the manufacturer (OEM repair vendor) for inspection. If the phone is determined to be "IN WARRANTY" by the manufacturer, $35 is credited to the customer's account. If the phone is determined to be "OUT OF WARRANTY" by the manufacturer, the $45.00 charge stands and the customer is allowed to continue to use the replacement phone.

Products subjected to abnormal use or conditions, accident, mishandling, neglect , unauthorized alteration, misuse, improper installation or repair or improper storage; product whose mechanical serial number or electronic serial number has been removed, altered or defaced; damage from exposure to moisture, humidity, excessive temperatures or extreme environmental conditions; damage resulting from connection to, or use of any accessory or other product not approved or authorized by the company; defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative or structural items such as framing and non-operative parts; damage from external causes such as fire, flooding, dirt, sand, weather conditions, battery leakage, blown fuse, theft or improper usage of any electrical source.

Cricket’s Warranty Exchange Program is designed to help provide a working phone to Cricket customers whose in warranty phone is no longer working. If a customer’s phone is under warranty, a customer can exchange their non-working phone for a phone replacement. This program charges the customer a $45.00 deposit (which includes a $10 non-refundable shipping & handling fee) to exchange the non-working phone for a refurbished phone replacement. The non-working phone is then returned to Cricket’s repair vendor for inspection. If the phone is determined to be in warranty by the vendor, $35 is credited back to the customer's account. If the phone is determined to be out of warranty by the vendor, the $45.00 charge remains on the customer’s account and the customer will be allowed to continue to use the replacement phone.
