No, because you purchased the Unlimited 411 Directory Assistance feature, you will continue to receive Unlimited 411 Directory Assistance calling as you did previously.
Directory Assistance is included in select rate plans. If Directory Assistance is not included in your rate plan you have two options to use the service.
1. You can add the Directory Assistance feature to your account by logging into My Account or calling 1-800-CRICKET.
2. You can pay for Directory Assistance service using your Flex Bucket at the rate of $2 per call.
If you are on a rate plan that includes unlimited long distance, your calls will be completed. If you are on a rate plan that only offers calls to local destinations, your call will not be completed. Additionally, customers who have purchased the Directory Assistance feature will be given the option to receive a text message containing the information they have requested.
