What should I do if I made a payment at an Authorized Payment Location but it has not been credited to my account?
When making a payment at an Authorized Payment Location, please allow up to 30 minutes for the payment to post to your account. Reinstatement of service will not take place prior to this time. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, please take your payment receipt back to the Authorized Payment Location where you made your payment and ask them to verify that your payment was processed correctly. If you are unable to gain resolution, you must visit your nearest Cricket store with your receipt for further assistance.
