What happens when I change plans?
If you haven’t already paid for your monthly access fee, the next time you pay your access fee you will be charged the new amount and you will have all the features associated with your new plan.
If you have paid for your monthly access fee and you are changing to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference between the two plans and you will immediately have access to the features associated with your new plan.
If you have paid for your monthly access fee and you are changing to a lower plan, you won’t be charged but you will only have access to the features associated with the new plan.
When changing between plans, remember to dial *228 to complete the plan change. If you forget to dial *228 after your plan change, your roaming indicator may not function properly. All other features, functionality, and pricing will work correctly.
