once processed, how long does it take for the payment to appear as a posting on the customer account?

The payments should post onto the customer’s account the same day the payment was received. Exceptions to this is in the case we are unable to locate a valid account # or if something is wrong with the customer’s payment and requires the check to be mailed back to the customer.
