My A600 modem is not working when I plug it in my computer. Do I need to download a driver?
If your A600 modem is not working properly please go to your nearest full service Cricket Store or call 1-800-CRICKET and speak to a Cricket Customer Service Representative. If it is determined that the version of software on your modem requires a new driver you will need to download the driver here.
