I setup automatic bill payment at the store, but it does not appear to be working. What do I need to do?
After setting up automatic bill payment in a full service Cricket store you need to call 1-866-240-1631 within 24 hours to listen to and accept the service terms and conditions. If it has been longer than 24 hours since you registered for automatic bill pay in store, then you need to re-enroll using My Account on your phone, by calling 1-800-CRICKET or going to your mycricket.com My Account to re-enroll.
