I set a Ringback tone, but it does not play when someone calls.
Follow the steps below to see how your Ringback tones are setup
- From the Muve Music application select “My Music”
- Select Ringback tones
- You will see “My default list” and each individual Ringback tone
- If you don’t see anything under “My default list” then callers will hear the standard ring when calling you
- If you go into each song you can edit which contact will hear that song when they call by going into “Manage Assignees”
- To make a song your default Ringback Tone go into the individual song and select “Add to Default List”
