i see traffic incident icons, on the map- how do i see the details about the traffic incidents on the map?

You can either press the number on the key pad associated with the traffic incident on the map to instantly see the details about that incident.  Alternatively, you can press the ‘Options’ menu followed by ‘List Incidents’ to see a list of the incidents.  Then highlight the incident that you are interested and press view to see the details of the incident.
