I just paid my bill and I am getting Service Expired or Service Required error when I access Muve Music
It may take some time for Muve music to start working after you pay your bill. It is usually just a few minutes, but sometimes can take up to a few hours. While you are waiting, you can try these steps:
- Go to Menu
- Go to Settings
- Go to Applications
- Go to Manage Applications
- Select “All” at the top
- Select “Muve Music”
- Select “Force Stop” in the upper left
- Re-launch the Muve music application
Muve Music should operate normally within a few minutes of paying your bill. However, there could be situations where your service is impacted longer. If your service is not restored after a few hours, please contact us at 1-800-Cricket or at your nearest Cricket store. Before contacting us, please try to turn your phone on and off.
