Please go to your nearest full service Cricket Store or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-CRICKET.

*Before contacting our Customer Service team, please ensure that you have the following information:

-Operating system (i.e., Windows XP)

-Cricket Wireless Modem Device Number (MDN) assigned to your wireless modem (This can be found in your original packaging or by clicking Help; then clicking About QuickLink Mobile; while using the QuickLink Mobile Software).
