I’m currently a Cricket Broadband customer and I’m thinking about upgrading to Window 7. What are my options?
Thank you for being a Cricket Broadband customer. Depending on the modem, you have several options:
- For UM100C Customers: At this time Cricket does not have a modem exchange or upgrade program. Please call Cricket Broadband Customer Service at 1-800-CRICKET for assistance with your UM100C modem and Windows 7.
- For A600 Customers (what does this look like?): You can visit a Cricket Company-owned retail store to have your modem updated with the new Windows 7 compatible software.
- For UM185C Customers (what does this look like?): You can use your modem with Windows 7 software by following the installation instructions provided with the device. No additional steps are necessary.
