You can find out how much Full-Speed Data you have used within your current service period using our Data Usage Display, or equivalent audio, through:

  • 1-800-CRICKET
  • Cricket company stores and dealers

The information provided is not real-time and may vary by up to 10% of your actual usage.

Cricket will also send you automatic notifications via text (SMS) and email when you get near the end and at the end of your Full-Speed Data allowance.

Cricket does not provide information on the amount of Reduced-Speed Data used since it is unlimited within a paid service period.
