how can i reset my android device?

After you have backed up your contacts and moved all the applications you want to keep to your SD card please follow the instructions below.  Please make sure you write down your Google account login so you can retrieve any unsaved contacts and applications.

• Go to Settings
• Click on Privacy
• Click on Factory Data Reset (Make sure “Erase Internal SD Card” is NOT checked)
• Click on Reset Phone
