how can i access/purchase mobile data?

Select a rate plan with Mobile Data.  This will typically be stated as a specific amount of Full-Speed Data.  For example, 2GB Full-Speed Data.

Some feature phone rate plans do not include any data access and only the Mobile Web Add-On is available due to the limited functionality of the devices.
