No, you don’t need to select a category. If you leave the category as All Categories, Cricket Navigator will search for any point of interest with the name entered in the What field.

You can also search for everything near your current location. Simply leave the What field blank. To search for all nearby restaurants, highlight the Category field and scroll right to the category list and select Eating & Drinking and leave the What field blank.
