do i need mobile web service in order to access the storefront to purchase ringtones or games?

Any customer with a WAP / Mobile Web capable device can access the Mobile Web storefront. This means that there is is no fee for access. The Mobile Web storefront includes Ringtones and Graphics, but not Games.  Games are purchased only through the Games & Apps storefront on your phone.
