Can I exchange my current modem for one that works on Windows 7?
At this time Cricket does not have a modem exchange program however we have several solutions to assist you with Windows 7.
- For UM100C Customers: At this time Cricket does not have a modem exchange or upgrade program. Please call Cricket Broadband Customer Service at 1-800-CRICKET for assistance with your UM100C modem and Windows 7.
- For A600 Customers: You can visit a Cricket Company-owned retail store to have your modem updated with the new Windows 7 compatible software.
- For UM185C Customers: You can use your modem with Windows 7 software by following the installation instructions provided with the device. No additional steps are necessary.
