what is the warranty exchange program?

Cricket’s Warranty Exchange Program is designed to help provide a working device to Cricket customers whose in warranty device is no longer working. If a customer’s device is under warranty, a customer can exchange their non-working device for a device replacement. This program charges the customer a $20.00 non-refundable fee to exchange the non-working in warranty device for a refurbished device replacement.
