can i change my cricket paygo plan?

With Cricket PAYGo daily plans you can easily change your plan to suit your needs. Just dial *PAY from your Cricket PAYGo phone to change to another daily plan. You can also call us at 1-800-CRICKET or visit a local Cricket store or Authorized dealer, and we’ll change it for you.

If you’d like to change to or from a Cricket PAYGo monthly plan, you must call Customer Care to make this change (*611 from your phone or 1-800-CRICKET from any phone). It’s always free to change your plan.

When changing between plans, remember to dial *228 to complete the plan change. If you forget to dial *228 after your plan change, your roaming indicator may not function properly. All other features, functionality, and pricing will work correctly.
