Cricket Phone Return Policy
Cricket allows returns of phones within 30 days of the ship date.
Phones returned to Cricket will be inspected for damage and use.
Phones must be returned with 30 minutes or less of use (talk time) on the phone and must be in "like new" condition.
Phones that are returned in damaged or water damaged condition will not be accepted.
Accessories may not be returned to Cricket for a refund. All accessory sales are final.
Shipping charges and activation fees are non-refundable.
To return a phone for a refund, follow the instructions below.
- Call Cricket at 1-866-384-4425 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within in 30 days of the order date. Phones that are returned without an RA number will not be processed.
- Pack the phone and included accessories (charger, battery, instructions, etc.) in its original box and shipping carton.
- Write the RA number in several places on the outside of the package. This helps Cricket identify your package.
- Packages must be mailed within 14 days of receiving an RA number. Please be sure to ship your package within the appropriate time frame.

Upon receipt, Cricket will inspect your package and determine your refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
Cricket Broadband Return Policy
Cricket allows returns of Cricket Broadband modems within 14 days of the ship date.
Cricket Broadband modems returned to Cricket will be inspected for damage and use.
Cricket Broadband modems must be returned in "like new" condition.
Cricket Broadband modems that are returned in damaged or water damaged condition will not be accepted.
Cricket Broadband modems that have been opened will be subject to a $35.00 restocking fee.
Shipping charges and activation fees are non-refundable.
To return a Cricket Broadband modem for a refund, follow the instructions below.
- Call Cricket at 1-800-CRICKET to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within in 14 days of the order date. Cricket Broadband Cards that are returned without an RA number will not be processed.
