Pulley Named Cricket’s Area General Manager for California’s Central Valley

FRESNO – August 20, 2007 – Based on a combination of performance, leadership and management skills, Matthew Pulley has been promoted to the position of area general manager for Cricket Communications Inc, a leading provider of unlimited wireless services. He will oversee Cricket’s sales and marketing operations in  California’s Central Valley. Mr. Pulley has been with Cricket since 2004, first as an indirect account manager and later as district director in Colorado. 

Prior to Cricket, he worked with Qwest Communications for 5 years in sales and network operations management.  Pulley spent two years in sales management with the Franklin Covey Company, as a trainer for Stephen Covey’s “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.” Matthew’s has also held positions in project management and served as a member of the corporate Board of Directors with The Meneren Corporation. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Pulley holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Mr. Pulley also speaks four languages – English, Italian, Spanish and French.
