SAN DIEGO – April 24, 2007 – Increasing the range of its simple, affordable, flat-rate wireless offerings, Cricket Communications, Inc, a leading provider unlimited wireless services, today announced a new way for customers to take advantage of the unlimited features that have become its trademark. In addition to Cricket’s monthly pay cycle, customers will also be able to buy unlimited wireless services through its new Cricket by Week product.

Cricket by Week is available now and includes unlimited anytime minutes, unlimited U.S. long distance, free text and picture messaging, voicemail, caller ID, call waiting and three-way calling, as well as nationwide roaming for 39 cents per minute. Cricket by Week is priced at $18 per week (7 days) inclusive of all fees and excise taxes, except sales tax, and is available at Cricket stores, Cricket dealers and at www.mycricket.com. Cricket by Week is intended to provide a financial bridge to Cricket customers that face fluctuations in their available discretionary cash to pay for their monthly service and permits them to migrate easily between weekly and monthly plans.
Cricket by Week also includes international long distance for as low as five cents per minute to Canada and Mexico, excluding Mexican cell phones which are charged at a rate of 20 cents per minute.
