Cricket Communications and Exxon Mobil Partner to Offer New E-Wiz Technology

NASHVILLE, TN - Cricket Communications, Inc., a leading provider of unlimited wireless services, expanded its self-service bill payment program in the Nashville area, providing customers additional convenient locations to pay their bills.

The bill payment terminals, created by Info Touch Technologies, are located at participating Nashville area Tigermarket convenience stores. The terminals are user-friendly and significantly enhance the customer's experience.

"We are excited about this new technology that gives customers a more convenient way to take care of daily business, such as paying bills, purchasing long-distance, accessing e-mail, paying bills and surfing the Web," said Alan Leser, area general manager for Cricket Communications. "We're looking forward to being part of a growing technology focused on serving customers in more convenient ways."

"Tigermarkets provide added convenience for our customers to pay their bills," said Leser.

The Info Touch terminals interface with Cricket's billing system to immediately update the customer's account upon payment. Using a touch-screen monitor, customers can follow a simple seven-step process in English or Spanish to make cash or credit card payments.

Cricket has served the Nashville area since January 2000. In addition to its 3 retail stores, Cricket phones and service are available at more than 80 authorized dealers throughout the Nashville market.
