Premium Extended Coverage is included in our $50 and $60 rate plans. If this feature is not currently included in your rate plan, you can add it to your service for just $5 per month from your Account Summary.

Premium Extended Coverage is included in our $2 and $3 rate plans. To change your rate plan to the $2 or $3 rate plan to take advantage of this feature, dial *PAY from your phone or call us at 1-800-CRICKET.
