Quick Start Instructions

To start your Cricket service, just follow these easy instructions:

Charge your battery overnight.
Read these instructions and have a pen ready before you call to set up service.
If you have signed up for Cricket service, a valid Social Security or Driver’s License Number will be required to activate your phone. Please have this information ready when you call to activate your phone.
Once your battery is charged, call 1-800-CRICKET from a different phone.
A Cricket representative will give you your new Cricket phone number. Please write this number in the green box on the inside of this brochure for future reference.
Program your Cricket phone number into your Cricket phone using the instructions on the following page.

Turn on your phone.
Enter (111111) from the Standby Screen.
Select (Option) and press (OK).
Select (PROGRAMMING) and press (OK).
Enter (333333) (3 six times).
Select (PHONE NUMBER) and press (OK).
Press and hold (CLR) to clear out the current Phone Number.
Enter your new Cricket phone number, then press (OK).
Select (Home SID) and press (OK).
Press (CLR) to clear out the current SID. * Note: holding down the (CLR) key will revert you back to step 9.
Enter (2) and press (OK).
Press (END) to exit Service Programming.
