THE NEXT ROLLS INTO DALLAS — The four mentors worked with their local contestants: Erica, Jordana, Remington and Ashley. John Rich crashed Erica’s bachelorette party. Joe Jonas used “finger painting” as a coaching method for Jordana. Gloria Estefan participated in extreme bike riding to surprise Remington. Nelly made a motivational tape for Ashley. The four local contestants performed their magic at the Majestic Theatre.

Erica is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. She sang for two USO tours in 2007 and has played several venues around the Dallas area, including The Stock Yards and Mule Barn. She writes her own songs and plays the guitar. Erica has a huge following on YouTube.

Jordana moved to Dallas from Johannesburg, South Africa when she was 17 years old. She trains with one of the biggest vocal coaches in Dallas and wants to bring skillful singing back to the pop world. Jordana plays in a cover band all over Dallas.

Ashley started her music career at the age of 15. Her first single “Drop 64” gained major radio play throughout Texas and Louisiana. Ozone Magazine named her “Dallas’s New First Lady of R&B,” and she has over 72,000 views on YouTube.
Remington grew up in the music industry and writes and produces music. He’s played at the House of Blues and Curtain Club. Remington is ranked #4 in Dallas on ReverbNation and has opened for artists such as John Mayer, Def Leppard, Foreigner, and Styx.
