Cricket Community

Cricket employees don’t just help out our customers. We help anyone who needs it.

We’re big on helping. Whether that means helping you save money each month or helping communities one family at a time. Whether you’re a social media socialite in love with your phone or a family trying to make ends meet, we’ve got your back.

Strong connections start with strong foundations.

We care immensely about the fabric of our community; especially when it comes to those most in-need.  That’s why Cricket volunteers have made more than $850,000 in improvements and renovations to homes and community centers nationwide. These include paint, plumbing, landscaping, community support and more.

Phone service that’s in-service of everyone.

But the help doesn’t stop there. We also donate phones, service, modems and much more. We also set aside $2 million in advertising on local and national media to help raise awareness of worthy causes. And we’ll always work with households to provide affordable, flat-rate calling plans. We live in a world of incredible technology. It should be enjoyed by all.
