Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Volunteers from Cricket, The Community Place of Greater Rochester and Rebuilding Together joined forces with local business partners to help in the revitalization of a city neighborhood. Their effort enabled a tenant with physical and developmental disabilities who had been living on the second floor of an apartment complex at 437 Parsells Ave. to move into a newly renovated, handicapped-accessible, first-floor residence.

New York Markets Thank Customers

In an effort to get the retail teams—direct and indirect—focused on the upcoming holiday selling season and to increase the visibility of Cricket stores during the weekends—when more people are out shopping, running errands, etc—the East Zone Cricket stores initiated customer appreciation events each weekend, beginning Nov. 5 through Black Friday. The stores fostered excitement for employees, customers and prospects.

On November 5th, WDKX’s Freddie Colon came out to celebrate the opening of Mr. Cell Phone Man’s first Cricket store in Rochester at 1460 Lyell Ave.  Mr. Cell Phone Man, a Cricket premier authorized dealer, also owns stores in Syracuse, NY.
