Cricket joined Generation 2000 the largest children’s fair in the Southwest.  Generation 2000 is a weekend extravaganza melding fun, excitement, and education for children of all ages. For over 24 years, the event has attracted kids and their parents! The two day event encourages children and parents to work together in over 100 specialty events, booths, games and interactive displays that aim at entertaining and educating children of all ages. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Child Crisis Center.

Cricket Wireless helps the Child Crisis Center of El Paso

Cricket’s local Diversity Committee – Cricket Cares, got involved to help spread awareness for Child Abuse Prevention month in April . The statistics on child neglect/abuse, locally and nationally are overwhelming, hard to believe, and yet very REAL. As a Team we collected donations from the wish list and brought them to the Child Crisis Center on April 26th. Over 600 items were donated in El Paso at all of our local Cricket stores.
